A creamy and energizing 5-minute protein smoothie peanut butter banana delight that keeps you full and fueled with natural ingredients.


Ingredients

1 ripe banana (fresh or frozen)

2 tablespoons natural peanut butter

1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)

1 tablespoon cocoa powder

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 cup ice cubes


Instructions

1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

2. Pour almond milk over the ingredients.

3. Blend until completely smooth.

4. Add more ice for a thicker smoothie if desired.

5. Serve immediately in a glass jar or cup.

Notes

Use frozen banana for extra thickness.

Swap almond milk with oat, soy, or coconut milk.
