Description

A bold and juicy chicken wing wrap filled with seasoned wings, melted cheese, fresh veggies, and creamy ranch, all wrapped in a soft tortilla. Ready in just 30 minutes for a perfect lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken wings (boneless or deboned after cooking)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce or BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. Season and cook the chicken wings:
Air fry at 380°F for 25 minutes or bake in the oven at 400°F for 30 minutes, until golden and fully cooked.

  2. Debone and shred the chicken, then toss it with your preferred sauce (buffalo, BBQ, garlic parmesan, etc.).

  3. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet for 30 seconds per side or microwave them for 20 seconds with a damp paper towel.

  4. Assemble the wrap:
Layer shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, cheese, and sauced chicken in the center of each tortilla.

  5. Add dressing (such as ranch or blue cheese), then fold in the sides and roll the tortilla tightly from the bottom.

  6. (Optional) Grill the wrap seam-side down on a hot skillet for 1–2 minutes per side to crisp the outside.

  7. Slice the wrap in half and serve immediately.
