Description

If your favorite part of making brownies is licking the spatula, you’ll love this brownie batter dip. Rich, creamy, and no baking needed.

Ingredients

1 (18 oz) box brownie mix

8 oz cream cheese, softened

2 tbsp milk

8 oz whipped topping, thawed

3/4 cup mini chocolate chips, plus more for topping

Instructions

1. Heat treat the brownie mix. Add your brownie mix to a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 90 seconds, stirring every 30 seconds.

2. In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese, whipped topping, and milk until smooth.

3. Fold in the cooled brownie mix and stir until fully incorporated.

4. Mix in mini chocolate chips and gently stir.

5. Transfer to a serving bowl and top with more chocolate chips.

6. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.

Notes

Make sure your cream cheese is fully softened and whipped topping is completely thawed before mixing.

Microwave or bake the brownie mix before using to ensure it’s safe to eat raw.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.

Serve cold with graham crackers, pretzels, or fresh fruit.
